So far full specifications for the BlackBerry PlayBook have been a bit of a mystery, we know that it will feature 1GB of a RAM and a dual-core 1GHz processor, however the rest of the specs have been missing.
We can now confirm that RIM’s answer to the iPad will be available in three different storage capacities, 16GB, 32GB or 64GB, also we can confirm that it will have a 5,300mAh battery, which should keep it running for quite a few hours.
We have embedded a photo from the recent press event at the end of this post, here you can see that RIM are aiming for a weight of 400 grams and also plan to give the PlayBook a wide-range of audio/video codec support.
Do you think a 5,300 mAh battery will be sufficient?
