Black Ops 3 1.04 patch notes for PS4, Xbox One changes

Hours ago, Treyarch went live with the surprise Black Ops 3 1.04 update which is now available to download. Now we can see that everyone is looking for the Black Ops 3 1.04 patch notes on PS4 and Xbox One as they are still not available at the time of writing.

That means it has been left up to the community to find out what has changed in Black Ops 3 1.04 and on first impressions it looks like there are some big additions that should improve your gameplay experience.

For starters, the Black Ops 3 1.04 changes to Black Market should make a lot of you happy – burning duplicate items for more Cryptokeys and earning Cryptokeys from Rare Supply Drops.

There’s also a new Quick join feature to quickly get into a game with friends and the previously hidden Nightmare mode which is now unlocked to all players in the Zombies menu – previously you had to complete campaign mode to get this!

Three new secondary weapons are available with the Wrench, Butterfly Knife and the Brass Knuckles – they are only available as drops from the Black Market so that is a very nice touch.

Remember these are just observations that we have seen so far, once the Black Ops 3 1.04 patch notes in full are revealed you can find them at the Activision support website – PS4 here and Xbox One here so remember to bookmark both.

In the meantime though, we suggest you check out the Black Ops 3 1.04 update notes megathread over at Reddit as there’s some very useful reading to keep you going until Treyarch posts everything officially.

What else have you discovered in the new Black Ops 3 December 14 update that hasn’t been discussed yet?

Update: As we told you, the Black Ops 3 1.04 patch notes are now live through the links above. Enjoy!
