Black Ops 2 Origins zombies gameplay walkthrough

As gamers patiently waited for the Origins zombies release time yesterday, we’re pleased to say that the new map as part of the Apocalypse DLC is now available to download from the Xbox Live Marketplace. For those looking for a heads-up on the new Origins map, we have some fantastic gameplay for you to check out which takes a general tour around the new surroundings.

Treyarch were really not kidding either when they teased a giant robot that would be making an appearance in the map – it is absolutely huge. Upon entering Origins for the first time, you’ll instantly notice that it bears a significant resemblance to Nacht der Untoten – the very first zombie map from Call of Duty World at War.

We can also tell you that Origins will introduce the ‘Der Wunderfizz’ perk machine, which is unique in the way that it can grant you one random perk ability, similar to the way in which the traditional mystery box works.

As far as we’re aware, nobody has solved the main Origins zombie easter egg yet, but you can bet that there are teams of groups currently working hard to crack Treyarch’s big secret and unlock the achievement and any rewards if there are any.

For now, use this video to see how the map plays out and in the meantime let us know your own progress on Origins so far. Have you found any secrets already that we should know about? It looks like the three meteor rocks are fairly easy to find, so we’ll be providing a guide on how to find them very soon.

Do you think Origins is one of the best zombies maps yet, or are you a little disappointed so far? Don’t forget that you can watch previous and future parts of this walkthrough by simply checking the related videos section.
