We have some great news for eager eyed consumers now, as it looks as if Black Friday sales are starting a little early this year. Some retailers have already begun to slash the prices on products, in an attempt to get buyers into the spending habit before Black Friday 2010 kicks off for real.
As reported from Washington Post, Black Friday-style sales have already begun at retailers such as Toys-R-Us, Sears and Kmart. You’ll be pleased to know that Target is holding a special 24-hour event, which some products bought online will be available at a lower than normal price.
Whilst having 25 percent off tank tops and bathing suits, Target is also offering discounts on a range of their electronic goods. These include a a 47- inch Philips 1080p LCD HDTV for $699, a Philips Blu-ray player w/HDMI cable for $99 and a Sylvania 32-inch 720p LCD HDTV for just $349.
More details on Target’s ‘Summer’ Black Friday sale can be found at their press release here. There is also a full report on all of the early Black Friday sales over at the Washington Post.
