Bison Meat Recall: List of Affected Meats

We have some worrying news to report to you now, as it has just been confirmed that a Colorado company is recalling 66,000 pounds of bison meat sold across the U.S due to an outbreak of E.Coli sickness.

As reported from ChicagoBreakingNews, six people have already been affected by sickness after consuming the meat according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

The recalled meats in question include Great Ranger Brand All Natural Ground Bison, The Buffalo Guys All Natural Ground Buffalo 90 percent lean, Nature’s Rancher Ground Buffalo, Great Range Brand All Natural Bison Sirloin Steaks and Medallions, and Rocky Mountain Natural Meats Inc. This is obviously a very serious issue, as E.Coli has the potential to cause kidney failure in severe cases. Other symptoms include bloody diarrhea and dehydration.
