Best PS4 and Xbox One accessories

Whenever a new smartphone, tablet or laptop is released there is a bevy of new accessories, as these devices become more complete with them. The same will go for the two new next-gen consoles once they release next month, but knowing what to choose will be a minefield because of the growing choice that are available to pre-order.

GameBlink has had a look around and have come up with what they believe are the best PS4 and Xbox One accessories, three for each console. However, we will add a few more ideas to the list as well.

The one PS4 accessories you will need once the console is released in November is the DualShock 4 Wireless Controller, which you can already pre-order to make certain you have it at the same time you take possession of your new console. The price for this controller is less than $60.

It’s no good having two controllers and nothing decent to charge them on, so you will need to consider purchasing the PDP Energizer 2X Charging Station, which costs just $30. In order to get the most from your PS4 you need to get yourself the PlayStation 4 Camera, although you will not have much change left from $60.

In order to truly immerse yourself in a game you might wish to consider a set of Sony Pulse Elite headphones, although these cost just over $120, so you need to be serious about your gaming.

Some of the best Xbox One accessories (see video) are the Wireless Controller + Play and Charge Kit for $75, Turtle Beach Ear Force: Xbox One Surround Sound Headset for $160 and a Ear Force Headset Stand for $16. We are sure some of you will feel there are far more accessories than these, and you would be correct because if you are into your racing games, then you might wish to think about getting the Thrustmaster TX Racing Wheel Ferrari 458 Italia Edition, but that will add another $500 on top of what you have already spent on your Xbox One.
