Best games from TGS 2013

TGS 2013 is over for another year and being treated to so much gameplay footage, we are in for an exciting time with games coming to the current-gen consoles, as well as the PS4 and the Xbox One. Now that the dust has started to settle, now is a good time to take stock and see what games impressed those who attend the Tokyo Game Show most this year.

In the video above the IGN team have been looking over the games that excited them most, and so here are their top picks from the show. It is no surprise that Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII made it to the list because it is the open-world, combat style game fans of the franchise have been craving for.

Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes has also made it to the list because it was the first time running on next generation hardware and just looked amazing. Another is Psycho Break (a.k.a. Evil Within) because it is a game of a survival of wits, something that brings intestacy to a game.

Deep Down was another title that made it on the list, and while this may seem strange to some of you, it was said to be a very playable game.

We would love to know if you agree with this list or if not what were your best and most exciting games at TGS 2013?
