Bem Wireless Boombox review for Summer 2014

If music is everything to you, you may be looking for a portable audio solution that will see you through Summer 2014. One product that we think it is excellent option is the Bem Wireless Boombox, which offers a tremendous audio quality and fantastic connectivity options.

Bem’s audio products are starting to become popular among consumers and we’re not surprised to see the Boombox discussed as the speaker that could power your Summer activities.

The Boombox provides bass that is adequate for most audiophiles out there, but we think it is the ease of use that is one of the standout features. Bem’s Boombox is incredibly easy to setup and doesn’t require any tedious installations of any kind.

Simply turn on the device at the switch and fire up your mobile phone or computer with Bluetooth mode set as discoverable. It should only take a few moments to pair the Bem Wireless Boombox with the selected device and then you are ready to go – it’s as simple as that.

Your phone or computer will transfer its audio straight to the Boombox and you can use the included buttons on the Boombox to really crank up the sound and get the party going. You should even be able to test the Boombox straight out of the box without charging, although once fully charged you’ll be able to enjoy a stellar 10 hours of non stop tunes.

In terms of portabilty, the Boombox will serve you well in up to a 40 foot radius. If you go further than this, you’ll notice that the sound will start to cut out but simply go back into range to continue as normal.

We also need to mention that this Bem Wireless Boombox is a dream for apps like Spotify, it really is. Select your favorite album on Spotify and let the Boombox take care of the rest. One amazing tip you can try is to move the Boombox into the bathroom as well, with your laptop running Spotify 30 feet away – you can enjoy crystal clear audio whilst in the bathroom, it’s fantastic.

Great connectivity options
Great connectivity options

The design of the Boombox is simple, but elegant. It features three buttons at the top: Play/pause, and volume controls – this means that if you are connected to apps such as iTunes or Spotify you can control your music playlist directly on the Boombox which is a great touch.

It’s also light enough that carrying around whilst on a group activity isn’t a problem at all. Your friends will appeciate the connectivity of it too – simply, disconnect your device, have them connect to the Boombox from their end and start playing a brand new playlist for a musical coma to remember on your trip.

For those that require more, Bem Wireless has even included Aux Out and Aux In options so you can connect a 3.5mm jack to other devices for even more connectivity. We also encountered no problems with Bluetooth interference either, audio plays without a hitch most of the time so you won’t experience any cut outs.

We have a feeling that most of you may fall in love with this Boombox once you realize how easy to use it is and the flexibility it offers. Summer is approaching and you really want to have a portable speaker that everyone can enjoy.

The Bem Wireless Boombox is selling for $249.99 at the moment which we think is an excellent price, considering some of the more expensive alternatives out there which are nowhere near as easy to use as the Bem Wireless Boombox.
