Beer quiz questions, apps that test your knowledge

Not being a drinker I cannot find the fascination with alcohol, but each to their own. Those who do like a good pint seem to know much more about the brown stuff than they would let on, so why don’t you answer a few beer quiz questions with apps that test your knowledge? This is no joke; there are actually apps out there that cater for fans of beer.

One app that we came across on iTunes is called “Serious Beer Quiz” with a not so serious price of $1.99. Some of the questions are on what types of beers there are, the history of the devil drink, what regions produce a certain brand and even down to how they brew it. These are all multiple-choice questions.

Another great app has to be “Beer Trivia Quiz” and you will be pleased to know that this costs $1 less. Again, this is another multiple-choice app and with 254 questions will certainly test your knowledge to the limit. Having said that, once you have answered all those questions you then move on to 50 bonus general knowledge questions. With nine game-modes this app seems to offer so much more than the one above.

Our final app is “Beer Language Guide & Quiz” and is more than a quiz, as it allows you to learn phrases associated with brew masters and others who are in the industry. This app is not as extensive as those mentioned above, but is still worth a go wouldn’t you say? Now from what we can see these are the only free apps of their kind on iTunes, unless you know of any more?
