Balotelli, Sturridge Liverpool OP on FIFA 15

After a few days of intense speculation, the Mario Balotelli transfer to Liverpool is now official, with the player signing a £16m contract from AC Milan. Some say it’s a bargain, others a risk but there can be no doubt in the minds of FIFA 15 fans who are licking their lips on the prospect of a Balotelli, Sturridge Liverpool partnership in the making.

We have been providing you with updates on this particular deal, with reference to some teaser images of Balotelli in a Liverpool shirt which we showed you prior to the official announcement and also the fact that the deal was actually leaked as completed by Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard.

Now though, we can bring you a selection of the best reaction that we have spotted so far on social media, specifically from those fans who are already looking at the prospect of FIFA 15 Ultimate Team with Balotelli and Sturridge running the show.

Some are actually saying that FIFA 15 players will now abuse the fact that Balotelli has moved to LFC, by constantly selecting him in online matches so he appears in almost every other team.

However, the general reaction that we have seen so far has been of excitement, given Balotelli’s lightning pace that EA are once again likely to highlight in terms of Mario Balotelli’s FIFA 15 rating for pace.

What is your reaction to this as a football fan and a FIFA player? Do you also think that the Balotelli party is going to affect online match-play as opposed to real-life activity? Let’s go Super Mario.
