Audi Launch Roadside Assistance Application

Owners of an Audi who also have a smartphone can get access to the company’s new application which will offer roadside help 24/7. The Roadside Assistance app is available for owners of the iPhone, BlackBerry, and Android devices.

The service will be offered free on new Audi models that are sold in the US and Puerto Rico for four years after being activated. Owners of older Audi models can also use the app but roadside service fees will apply.

This service will offer owners a dedicated team of service experts that have a nationwide network of tow trucks. Users will provide their vehicle identification number to register the app, which will have their customer information on file.

Some of the features that are offered to Audi owners include; drivers can select which service they need e.g. Jump start, tow, tire change, and fuel delivery. There are also details on dealers so users can find a dealer close to their current location.

For more information on the application iPhone users can go to the App Store, Android users head to the Android Market, and BlackBerry users visit App World.
