This handset is the successor to the original Samsung Rugby and aims to build on the solid foundations this handset set, the Rugby II has a clamshell design and is compliant to the military standard MIL-STD-810G, this means it can withstand vibration, temperature extremes, solar radiation, shock, rain, humidity and altitude,
Despite it’s rugged design it still manages to squeeze in some pleasing features, such as a 2 megapixel camera, a microSD memory card slot, Bluetooth, Push TO Talk and aGPS, it also features dual-band 7.2Mbps HSPA and quad-band GSM connectivity.
