ASUS Eee Box EB1501: Blu-ray Drive Now Available

Back in early December we introduced you to Asus’ latest nettop the ASUS Eee Box EB1501, this nettop now allows you to choose an optional upgrade of a Blu-ray drive.

Many regard this nettop as a decent HTPC, therefore an addition of a Blu-ray drive will only solidify peoples opinions.

Just to recap this nettop features an Intel Atom N330 dual core processor, also there are RAM configurations available of up to 4GB (DDR2-800), as standard it also features a 250GB hard drive and an NVIDIA Ion graphics chipset.

This nettop is a bit more expensive then most nettops, prices start at $618, however as it offers 1080p HD capabilities it is a bit more of a HTPC then a nettop, for more details check out SlashGear.
