Assassin’s Creed: Revelations – More Game Details Surface

Last week we provided our readers with the very first screen and details for the much-anticipated Assassin’s Creed: Revelations game, including a release window and what platforms it would be released for. Now we have just discovered that even more details have surfaced online.

According to a recent article by Mike Jackson over on the website, the new details come courtesy of the latest issue of Game Informer magazine. As the article notes, Ezio will be searching for seals in the Assassin’s Creed: Revelations game.

These seals are said to hold memories of Altair, and will enable Ezio to glimpse into Altair’s life. Although the bulk of the new game takes place in Constantinople, players will also be visiting Cappadocia. Constantinople will be split into 4 districts: Imperial, Galata, Beyazid and Constantin.

Players will also discover that Ezio — who will be over 50 years of age in the next instalment – has a new item called the hookblade in Revelations. The hookblade not only enables Ezio to use ziplines throughout the city, but he can also use it to reach out and pull his enemies in for a combo.

Ezio will also be able to make bombs through a new crafting system and according to Ubisoft; there are over 300 different bomb types. Fans will also notice that the assassin levelling mechanic has now been increased from 10 to 15 in Assassin’s Creed: Revelations.
