We can see that there are some ongoing problems right now, with shoppers having a stressful time with Argos reservation number problems with the new 3-for-2 Toy Sale that has just kicked off.
This is a massive deal in the UK at the moment, as Christmas is coming and consumers want to get their shopping done as soon as possible – hence why Argos’ Toy Sale has seemingly come at the perfect time.
It ends on Sunday November 22, but right now there is a problem with consumers placing orders and not being sent a reservation number to collect items in store.
According to the system that Argos uses, consumers are supposed to be sent a text message with reservation numbers. However we have been told that not everyone is getting them and it’s sent shoppers into a frenzy with many not sure on what to do next.
In some cases, consumers have been told that the reservation numbers they do have ‘do not exist’, fuelling even more frustration as items from the Toy Sale continue to be snapped up fast.
