Argos product recalls listed during sales

During the busy Christmas sales and Argos Blue Sale events for Boxing Day, or January Big Sale, you might have wondered if there’s been any product recalls? Argos has made finding products involved in any 2015 recall easy, and this is due to a page listing all the safety notices with details about each recall.

At the time of writing Product Reviews can confirm some of the latest recalls involve Apple Beats Pill XL Speakers, select AC Power Cords for HP and Compaq Notebook and mini Notebook computers, the Filtrete Room Air Purifier, a TomTom GPS positioning software issue, select Fisher Price Car Seats, and Indesit, Hotpoint, and Creda Tumble Dryers.

Full details about each recall is listed on this Argos page. Once there, you can see the latest product recalls in a neat list or scroll for details on each recall.

It’s worth noting you can also find detailed information on the latest recalls for the UK at this Trading Standards page. Both locations help with information on product numbers to make sure you know if your exact product is impacted by any recall.

In regards to Argos, it’s worth mentioning that if you purchased a product from Argos that’s involved in a recall then use their page first. Argos include CAT numbers, so you will be able to see the product page on Argos and reference number.

Have any toys, electronics, or other products you purchased recently been involved in the listed recalls? It’s worth bookmarking both the Argos recall page and Product Reviews social channels, as both locations will get updates about new recalls.
