Apple’s September iPhone Event date revealed early by insiders

If the latest rumors are to be believed, Apple should be sending out invites to their September event by the end of the week.

This is due to early information from French radio station Europe 1 who cite anonymous sources that say Apple’s iPhone event will be held on Wednesday September 12.

If the details are accurate, the show will start at the usual time of 10am Pacific Time and it will be hosted at the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park in California.

The September 12 date makes sense if we look at past event trends by Apple and it would also mean that the previously rumored September 14 pre-order date for the new iPhones match up.

We are expecting invites to go out at any minute for the September 12 event, with pre-orders starting on September 14 at midnight Pacific Time.

New Apple Watches will also be unveiled at the event running watchOS 5, while official pricing and availability for the highly anticipated AirPower charger should be announced as well.

Are you all set for the event and looking forward to the reveals?
