With orders now being taken for the new 2015 Apple TV, and shipping not expected until October 30th, this gives Apple time to put the final touches to its new App Store dedicated to this fourth generation set-top box.
There have already been a few early Apple TV App Store previews, although we won’t get an idea on the user perspective until a few days time. The reason for this is because the dedicated Apple TV App Store will not go live until a few days time to coincide with when these set-top boxes finally get in the hands of the consumer.
Apple TV App Store categories — There are five in all, and these are Featured, Top Charts, Explore, Purchased and Updates. It’s clear to see that this is going to be a huge addition to the new Apple TV, and will make even the most basic of TV all the more greater for it.
Not only will you get to experience amazing games, but also watch live sports, and even book a holiday with the use of the new Siri Remote, which will make everything that much easier.
Developers have been able to start creating all-new apps for Apple TV since early last month, and so we hope to see some great new additions in a few days time when the all-new store goes live.
