Apple Remote Desktop 3: 3.3.2 Update Released

If you have been using Apple’s Remote Desktop 3 software you may have noticed that Apple have recently rolled out a software for the application, this update brings the software to version 3.3.2.

This update is said to consist of a number of fixes which rectify a few important issues, there are two updates one of which is for the client application, this update is 4.21MB.

The admin update is much larger at 51.4MB, to install the update you must be running “Mac OS X 10.4.11, Mac OS X 10.5.7 or later, or Mac OS X 10.6 or later, or the corresponding Mac OS X Server version of any of those”.

There is said to be new and improved handling of IP address and port changes especially for users using NAT, there have also been improvements made to the way in which the software authenticates with new client computers.
