Apple Maps changes how it updates

Many of the problems of Apple Maps seem to be a distant memory now, although there are still several things about the software that needs changing. Apple has assumed they were onto a good thing when Maps was released alongside iOS 6, but things never went to plan.

Over the years Apple has managed to make a vast number of improvements, although not really sure what percentage of iOS users use this map app ever since Google Maps was made available once again on iOS.

There have been several Apple Maps changes over the years, but these are set to become far more frequent now, as it has been reported that these updates will be made on a day-to-day basis, meaning the most up-to-date information will be made available to you.

Apple Maps changes

The reason for the change is because the data that gets submitted to Apple from Maps users will now be gathered and updated across the system everyday, instead of once a week like it used to be, meaning you will have the most accurate data thanks to other iOS users.

Don’t think that this will fix all the problems though, as many Apple Maps users still complain about various parts of the app, as well as the fact that Apple still refuses to update a POI mistake that has been there for at least 6 months, and that is just one example.

How do you think Apple can improve on its navigation app?
