It seems that Apple are looking to purchase the ad broker Quattro Wireless, the deal is expected to go ahead later today for a massive $275 million.
Quattro Wireless have previously excelled in advertising in mobile applications, this is probably why Apple are so interested in the company.
Prior to this Apple showed interest in AdMob, however Google purchased the company for $750 million, AdMob is bigger than Quattro Wireless therefore it will be interesting what how things pan out this year.
