Apple iTunes Hope for Haiti Now

Apple has two big things going on over the next few days, on Wednesday they have their press event, which should hopefully see the launch of the iSlate tablet PC, but before that is the “iTunes Hope for Haiti Now” album. You can order the album today at a cost of $7.99, you can also purchase a two-hour video telecast of the event at a cost of $1.99.

If you do not want to purchase the complete album, then you can just download an individual performance; the price is just $.99. According to a recent repot on Lalate news, artists and record companies are to donate all proceeds to “Hope for Haiti Now” charities.

If you do not have an iTunes account then you can also download the album via Rhapsody and Amazon’s MP3 service. If you do not wish to download the album, then do not let that stop you making a donation.

To phone a donation call 877-99-HAITI, if you wish to donate by mail then send your donation to Hope For Haiti Now Fund, Entertainment Industry Foundation, 1201 West 5th Street, Suite T-700, Los Angeles, CA 90017.
