Apple iPhone 4G: Opera browser as optional? Surely not

Here is some interesting news to bring you now, as it has been confirmed that browser makers Opera, has just just submitted their new Mini 5 application for approval on the Apple App Store.

As reported from BGR, some will argue that this is a pointless move for the company, since it wouldn’t be very surprising if Apple were to reject the application straight away.

How would Apple really feel if customers had the option to choose between Safari or Opera? If they do go ahead and approve it, it could mean that customers have a default browser option when the new iPhone is released.

It is worth pointing out that the desktop version of Opera is meant to be the fastest on the internet at the moment. Will Apple accept their approval? Lets wait and see.
