Apple iPad Case: Hands-on unboxing photos

We have some good news if you are planning to pick up an official iPad case from Apple, as we have a full gallery of high-res unboxing photos for you to look at, giving you a close-up of the build quality.

The photos come to us courtesy of Apple Insider, who have uploaded a collection of them on their website. If you already pre-ordered one from Apple, you’ll be pleased to hear that deliveries of the cases are now shipping and should be with you soon.

Priced at $39, the iPad case is made up of a rubber exterior and soft microfiber interior. Once the iPad is placed inside the case, it will fold away like a book, safely securing the iPad in place when not in use.

Look forward to a review soon. Check out a few photos below, then view the rest over at Apple Insider.

I read some very negative reviews of Apple's official iPad case. I ended up buying it as a temporary fix till more choices came out this summer, and I was pleasantly surprised. I love it. People complained that it was made out of cheaper material than Apple usually uses to make cases, but it feels perfect on my iPad and doesn't add to much bulk like a lot of the cases I've been looking up.
