App Store update for end of April

We’ve highlighted some of the best games and applications available at the end of April, thanks to the latest Apple App Store update bringing some notable additions. That is not all, some of them have also been reduced in price, making them a bigger draw for iOS users to download and enjoy. Prices could vary, as they are only accurate at the time of writing this.

Before we take a look at what ones have been recued in price, we thought we would name a few iOS apps that have been made free to download — we bet that has got your attention now?

First up we have Ridge Racer Slipstream, which used to cost $0.99, but is now free and was last updated at the end of March. This racing series has been around for 20 years, and so great to know you can enjoy some awesome racing free of charge, although those in-app purchases could soon add up.

The best deal is the Paranormal Agency HD app, as it was once $4.99 and is now free. You do not have to use your supernatural senses like you do in the game to realize what a good deal this is.

As for some of those that have dropped in price, one of the more popular ones would have to be Captain America: The Winter Soldier, as this app was once $2.99, but it now $0.99. It was obvious that this app would be reduced in price seeing as though the popularity of the movie has started to falter.

If you are one of those who enjoy trying new apps, then might we suggest Agent RX. This game was released just a couple of days ago and you play the part of an agent from ISEN, and it is up to you to take back control of ARIES, which is your secret military base. The price of this is just $1.99.

We would love to know if you have any other suggestions on new apps that you could share with our readers.
