Anticipating Galaxy S4 and HTC One Mini battery cases

Whenever a new smartphone is released one of the first things we test out is the battery life, because we are so dependent on these devices throughout the day that the thought of running out of juice is worrying. It is for this reason why a small percentage of us purchase products to help extend the battery life of your smartphone.

This was the case with the HTC One and the Galaxy S4, as owners found they needed to go and get themselves a battery case, although it is more important for the former, as you cannot remove the battery.

It doesn’t take long for third-party accessory makers to offer new products, and so we are now anticipating the release of Galaxy S4 and HTC One Mini battery cases. It should not be too hard for these accessory makers, as they already know the form factor, they just have to shrink the dimensions down a little.

We expect the HTC One Mini Mophie Juice Pack to be the first battery case to be released, just as it was for its larger sibling. No doubt this will double the battery, and so alleviating any HTC One Mini battery life fears. Another battery case we expect to see shorty after the release of the new smaller handset from HTC is the i-Blason PowerGlider, which again will offer twice the amount of battery power.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini battery case we would like to see released first has to be the Exogear Exolife Rechargeable Battery Case, as this helps to keep the basic form factor, along with not adding as much thickness and weight as you would think.

CCM Juice Pack Battery Case for the Galaxy S4 Mini would have to be second on the list, because not only does it give your battery extra power, but it will protect your screen thanks to the flip cover.

These are just some battery cases that we expect to hit the market first for the HTC One Mini and the Galaxy S4 Mini.
