Alleviating C7 Corvette Stingray configurator release

It seems like we have been waiting a lifetime for the release of the 2014 C7 Chevy Corvette Stingray, but just to help alleviate your wait Chevrolet thought that they would make a colorizer available on their website. Okay, so this is not the 2014 Corvette Stingray configurator that we are still waiting on, but it’s a start.

We find it amazing how much we played around with this neat tool, even if it only has a limited function. While you can choose your Chevy Corvette Stingray interior color, they have not made one available for the interior. However, you do have four different viewing options for you to review once you have made your color choice, and that is front right and left and rear right and left.

You can see that we chose the blue, although not the same shade blue as the C7 that was spotted in a ditch. There are 12 color choices in all, but the pre-configurator also gives you the option to change the wheels with a choice of 3 versions. You’ll notice that the 2 most popular colors appear on the chart, and they are Laguna Blue and the Torch Red, although we have a feeling that the Velocity Yellow will prove popular as well. try out the new color tool for yourself HERE. You can also find a full spec list HERE as well.

The latest news on the 2014 C7 Corvette Stingray is that there will be a convertible version coming to Geneva. We just hope that Chevy give us an exact release date and a starting price, although we’re told that it will be pretty similar to its predecessor.
