Alan Wake (Xbox 360): Release date a week early in Europe

Some great news for our European readers now, as Microsoft has just announced that the EU release date for Alan Wake on the Xbox 360 has been pushed forward a whole week. Excellent.

As reported from VG247, you’ll now be able to pick up the game on May 14th, and not May 21st as previously listed.

At the moment, we don’t know if US gamers will be getting the same treatment, but it’s great news for Europeans nevertheless.

Do you have the game pre-ordered? It is looking like one of the games of the year on the 360, so you probably won’t want to miss out on this one.

Give us your thoughts on the early release.
