We looked at the MacBook Pro with Touch Bar shipping status the other day, where we assumed people would soon start to see it go from processing to shipping since those that preordered one of these new laptops started to see their credit/debit cards being charged. This is usually a sign that shipping would soon begin.
While we still do not have confirmation that shipping has started, we do have some news that you might not be aware of, and that’s the availability of the new 2016 MacBook Pro with Touch Bar from third-party stores, such as Amazon and Best Buy.
It would seem that shipping will start from November 17, and while we already assumed this was the date, it was never set in stone – until now that is.
9To5 Mac has been checking the stock and availability at several third-party stores and some of them have already started to update their product pages to show that they will be getting some new MacBook Pro with OLED Touch Bar units in – although stock is expected to be very limited.
Apple seems to be onto a winner here, as it’s also been reported that the late 2016 New MacBook Pro update has already outsold all competing laptops so far this year.
