We are just hours away from the PlayStation Meeting in New York on September 7. Before that though, we can bring you the last minute PS4 Neo US and UK price rumors that we have seen swirling around online.
Sony is highly expected to unveil the future of PlayStation at the event, while we should also see the PS4 Slim unveiled as well at the same time.
There has been multiple leaks for both systems of course, taking the surprise element out of the event – but Sony can still blow away everyone if they actually have games to show running on the new console, which is what everyone wants to see we believe.
Before that though, let’s look at possible pricing. We won’t know for sure until Sony’s event begins but the general belief on social media at least is that the PS4 Neo price could start at $399.
The PS4 Slim is rumored to be priced at $299, although some believe that a PS4 price cut may bring the original model down to $250 to make the Slim purchase seem worthwhile.
For those in the UK, that means we could be looking at the PS4 Neo at roughly £350-400, the Slim at £300 and the original PS4 at £200 after a price cut.
Of course we are just speculating for now but it will be very interesting to see what direction Sony move towards, with regards to current pricing after introducing the Neo and the Slim.
What are your thoughts on the upcoming PS4 Neo and how much would you pay for it?
