Maruti Suzuki S-Cross Premia Special Edition additions detailed

By Peter Chubb - Dec 14, 2015

A new Maruti Suzuki has been launched in parts of India, such as Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. If we had to explain this new model, then the easiest way would be to class it as a Delta variant of the DDiS 200 diesel version, although is placed below the the Delta trim.

First of all we thought you might want to know the Maruti Suzuki S-Cross Premia Special Edition price in India, and that is Rs 8.99 lakh, compared to 9.15 lacs for the Delta.

Many drivers in India will know that the S-Cross is more of a novelty crossover, and so this Premia Special Edition maintains that, while just trying to offer something a little different.

The new additions to this S-Cross Premia Special Edition from Maruti Suzuki are alloy wheels, rear park assist with camera, front fog lamps, and HID-projector headlamps. This is really all that is different with this model, and so not much really.

Having said that, there are some goodies in its cabin, such as 5-inch Garmin Navigation System, although this is in place of the Smartly Infotainment system that is included in the Delta.

The main rivals to this model are Ford EcoSport, Hyundai Creta and Renault Duster, although not sure if this model will offer any sort of threat to those models.
