RCA 10 Viking Pro Android tablet review for best value

By Alan Ng - Nov 13, 2015

RCA has to be one of the most popular tablet brands to pick up during the busy sales period in November. We have already taken a look at some of the company’s new models, but here is a look at another of their 2015 models – the RCA 10 Viking Pro Android 2-in-1 tablet with Detachable keyboard and trackpad.

This is a great tablet which combines impressive hardware features with a clip-on keyboard that turns your tablet into a makeshift laptop for work needs.

The RCA RCT6303W87DK 10 Viking Pro Android specs include a 10.1-inch display which has a HD resolution of 1280×800 pixels.

There is a 1.4Ghz MT8127 quad-core processor on board, with 1GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage with room to expand with MicroSD card.

You’ll also be pleased to see dual cameras are included – a 2MP rear camera and also a high quality 2MP camera on the front as well which you don’t always see with ‘budget’ tablets.

Even better news is that this is a Android 5.0 Lollipop tablet as well, so it will be running on a fresh new version of Android compared to RCA’s older tablets which ran on Android 4.0.

The battery life should last you around 6 hours which is very respectable given all of the media capabilities. Check out the full RCA 10 Viking Pro tablet tech specs list here, while those looking for some RCA 10 Viking Pro Android 2 in 1 reviews can head to Walmart’s consumer review page here.

I have a Viking pro 10 and Voyager 2 .I got them from Walmart they are great. I paid 49.99 for the Voyager 2 (purple) and 99.99 for the Viking pro 10 (blue).A few years ago getting a cheap tablet meant you were gonna have a crappy slow tablet. Not anymore!
