The Windows 10 mobile build 10536 is live for download following an announcement on the official Insider Preview blog. The software will roll out, as such you might not see the Windows 10 mobile 10536.1004 update for download right away even if you are on the Fast Ring.

It’s worth noting that those updating from 10512 will need to update more than once, in fact to build 10514 and 10536.1000 and then after these updates to version 10536.1004.
This process includes many fixes and that’s why you should complete all the updates, although heading back to Windows Phone 8.1 will allow you to jump directly to build 10536.1004.
