Back in October pre-orders for the new Jaguar XE had begun and we had a rough idea on its pricing. The full 2015 Jaguar XE trim levels were not known at the time, and so we were unable to share a full price breakdown, until now.
We already knew there were three engine options at launch, but you will be surprised at how many trim level options there are. This might be a BMW 3 Series rival, but we do hope you go in with your purchase with a clear head, as it will take some debating as to which is right for you.
Putting price aside for one moment, one reason why people used to not even consider buying a Jaguar was because of poor fuel-economy. Well, that is no longer the case seeing as though the most frugal engine option offers a return of up to 75 miles per gallon and 99g/km of CO2 emissions. To help put this into perspective, Autocar says that’s just a little more than that of the Toyota Prius 1.8 VVT-i Hybrid T4.
The least expensive model is just £26,995 and is set to go on sale in May 2015 to do battle with the Audi A4, Mercedes C-class and the BMW we mentioned earlier. The competitive prices will make it a very desirable vehicle, so it just comes down to 2015 Jaguar XE trim levels and what its UK price breakdown will be.
Thankfully, we have all those details for you below for you to study, along with performance figures for those interested.
