We have some more information on Destiny to share with you now, as many players have now managed to complete Destiny’s Urn of Sacrifice quest line for Eris Morn – although at the same time are unhappy with the reward received at the end of it.
We have been keeping you updated with some stages of the quest line, most recently when we told you that there was a unique way to receive the Urzok bounty without actually killing him.
Now though, we can reveal the three different types of reward that you will get for completing the Destiny Ritual of the Forsaken or Sacrifice quest – with Eris Morn only granting players a pair of Light Gauntlets.
These are the Knightbone Guard gauntlets for Titans, Thrallskin Brace for Hunter and Acolyte Rung for those who are Warlock guardians. Given the length and time it has taken to complete the entire quest, including buying the Urn of Sacrifice from Xur, we’ve seen some complaints that the rewards should have been a little more generous.
Many are arguing that the gauntlets are not even as good as gauntlets which can be obtained from Xur or Lord Saladin, so perhaps Bungie should have thrown in a weapon too to make the quest feel a little more satisfying at the end.
Still, free is free though and it’s nice to sit back and move on to the next stage of Dark Below after completing the Urn of Sacrifice part. The biggest remaining mystery that we can see, revolves around getting the Necrochasm Exotic rifle in Destiny, with players first needing to obtain the Husk of the Pit – but can’t due to a bug.
Have you just completed the Urn of Sacrifice tasks for Eris Morn in Destiny? Let us know if you are also a little disappointed with the final reward being a single pair of gauntlets.
