HP 15-F097NR Pavilion notebook review missing, not specs

By Peter Chubb - Nov 19, 2014

From time to time we find a popular laptop, yet details on it seem to be scare, and the HP 15-F097NR Pavilion notebook is a fine example. The price of this computer will mean it will become very popular during the busy holiday shopping season, so therefore consumers would love to read a review or two, and also study its specs.

However, there is a bit of an issue here, as this seems to be an elusive model, with no reviews showing up at all. It gets worse, as there does not seem to be any support from HP either, or details from the computer maker either.

Having said that, we have managed to find some details, although this is thanks to AAFES. The 15-F097NR must either be exclusive to the store, or maybe a discontinued model – maybe this is why it will be one of its Black Friday 2014 specials?

We can tell you that this HP laptop is very reliable and comes packed with specs and features that will get the job done, as long as that job is not graphics and performance intensive.

The main specs for this model begins with its 15.6-inch Brightview HD display with a resolution of 1366 x 768. Then we have the 2.16Ghz Intel Celeron N2830 processor and 4GB of RAM. Storage is pretty decent with its 500GB hard drive and the final piece of the puzzle is the Intel HD Graphics.

As for those connections there are 2 USB 2.0 inputs and 1 USB 3.0. That is pretty much all we can find out about this laptop, so we are afraid we have no measurements, weight or any other important information.
