FIFA 15 iOS release date this week

By Daniel Chubb - Sep 22, 2014

The FIFA 15 iOS release date will be this week and follows the mobile game already going live on iPhone and iPad devices in Canada, and also for all Android devices. The Google play upload process takes under a couple of hours, although the review process with Apple’s iTunes Connect takes around 7 to 8 days.

It’s clear the FIFA 15 iOS app going live in Canada early was a test. If we consider the new game was uploaded for Android users on September 19, then we should expect the FIFA 15 iOS release date to be Sept 26th for all other iTunes Store countries.

As we mentioned above, this is due to the app being uploaded within around 2 hours to Google play followed by a roughly one week wait on iTunes. Our developer has the seem issues when uploading apps to Google play, which doesn’t have a human review process like Apple performs.

It is worth noting that September 26th is also the FIFA 15 console game release date in the UK. This would mean you can expect the iPad/iPhone version to go live on the PS4/Xbox One launch.

Are you frustrated waiting for the FIFA 15 iOS app download date and if so, have you tried to access the app via the Canada iTunes store?
