It has been a painful evening for PS4 users, but we do have some light at the end of the tunnel. We can confirm that the FIFA 15 PS4 demo release is now live, but only on the Japanese PlayStation Store.
We are downloading the demo right now as we speak and it looks like the size is 3.1GB. As most of you know, EA released the demo on Xbox One first, prompting criticism from PS4 and PS3 users who expected the demo to be available to everyone at the same time.
The PS3 demo is now live in America, meaning that we are just waiting for the FIFA 15 demo release time in UK and EU on PS4 and PS3. If you really don’t want to wait though, you can create a Japanese account and start playing right now.
There’s still no set time for when Sony Europe will update the PS Store, so if you are up for some fun you can play with the demo right now on the Japan Store.
For those that need help in creating an account, we’ve found a useful video below which explains exactly how to create a Japanese SEN account on PS4.
The demo is exactly the same version as what has already been released on other platforms – i.e. 8 teams to choose from including Liverpool, Barcelona, Manchester City and Chelsea.
Let us know if you have been tempted to get the demo from Japan, or if you are just going to wait for the EU Store to update for an English version.
