How excited are you about Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire? The game was shown at E3 2014 as expected and now we are pleased to confirm that the official Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire release date has been set for November 21 in the US.
To kick off our Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire news updates from E3, we can now bring you the full version of the Hoenn map which will be the main region featured in the game.
You may have seen parts of this map prior to E3, but you may not have seen the same region with this quality before. The Pokemon Company has given us access to the map now as it will appear in OR/AS – feel free to save the image for yourself so you can look at it any time – it’s great for preparation purposes.
We now also know that the Pokemon OR/AS box art doesn’t feature Mega Groudon or Mega Kyogre – these Pokemon are actually Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre who gain access to the brand new Primal Reversion ability, which we’ll be telling you a lot more about later this week.
There’s also brand new Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire mega evolutions to look forward to, including those for Sceptile, Swampert, Blaziken and Sableye – the latter of which is a ghost, dark type Pokemon.
For now, enjoy the Hoenn map download and let us know your expectations of the game this November after the E3 reveal. Is this a day-one buy for you or are you still busy playing through X and Y?
