Compendium 2014 for Dota 2

If you are still feeling down about being unable to attend the International 2014 Dota 2 worldwide championships, you should be a lot more happier once we give you an update regarding the International Compendium 2014 for Dota 2.

The days are ticking down towards the event, which has now been confirmed with a location at the KeyArena in Seattle between July 18th to July 21. Obviously most of you will be tuning in to the event via live stream instead, but it is the Compendium 2014 side project that will be much more exciting and beneficial to you.

We can tell you that the current Compendium 2014 prize pool for this year’s tournament has now passed the $4 million stage. The actual total at the time of writing is $4,176,039, with $2.50 from every single individual sale going towards the prize pool for contestants.

Remember that you don’t have to wait until July for these rewards to come to you, as they are delivered as soon as the stretch goal is met which makes it even more fun for the community.
