Resident Evil 4 Ultimate HD Edition live on PC

By Marlon Votta - Feb 28, 2014

Today sees the release of Resident Evil 4 Ultimate HD Edition as a digital download for PC gamers through Steam. Running at a smooth 60 fps for the first time this survival horror title features high visual fidelity, and those of you who have pre-ordered this will receive the digital soundtrack and art book.

The game will include Steam Achievements as well as Steam related trading cards, leaderboards and Steam Cloud backup. In addition, this will also involve previously released bonus content called the Separate Ways. Available now for $19.99/€19.99 we thought we should inform fans of the franchise that this is accessible from today.

We previously highlighted this date in an earlier post so that gamers could get prepared for today’s release and questioned whether a new Resident Evil 7 title has been rumoured to be in the works since back in 2012. To sign up for the game we have provided a link to the Steam website here.

While we wait to hear whether this franchise will be making its way to the next-gen consoles we are sure enthusiasts would welcome and new addition to the world of Resident Evil. Will you be downloading Resident Evil 4 Ultimate HD Edition on your PC today?

This is the only game i spend so much money on…I got the GC one first when it came out and then the PC version and the Wii And now the PC in HD, plus the old copy ran like crap on windows 7. Edit add info…In total i spend 100$ on 1 game. However i feel like its worth it.
