2014 C7 Corvette Stingray burnout

In recent years the Corvette has been about sheer power, while not worrying too much about handling and image. However, this year’s model is very different because it will appeal to younger drivers, and the fact she is said to handle like a dream.

However, that is not saying the new model lacks in the power department, and these two 2014 C7 Corvette Stingray burnout videos will prove the muscle is still there. While we need to look at this car in a new light because it is more advanced than previous models, we know while on test drives reviewers will feel the urge to do a few burnouts.

We are not moaning at all because it is good to see and hear, and because we were so transfixed we thought at one stage burning rubber could be smelt – okay maybe not.

In the first video we get to see a series of burnouts, and we can see by the smile on the guys faces just how much fun they are having. At one stage it does look as though the tires would give out because of the huge amounts of smoke.

The second 2014 C7 Corvette Stingray burnout video is even worse because all that could be seen was white smoke. We are not too sure how GM will feel about these videos because it is clear they want to move away from the old image, as the all-new Chevy Corvette Stingray needs to be looked upon as more of an all-rounder, so speed, performance, handling and style.

If you are not interested in these burnouts and would rather a decent 2014 Chevrolet C7 Corvette Stingray review, then you can see this in our previous article. You can also see how GM’s latest sports car compares to the Ferrari F12 and Porsche 911.
