PS4 Deep Down graphics with new dungeon

By Alan Ng - Dec 19, 2013

We have a brief, but welcome update on PS4 exclusive Deep Down to bring you now. The game is slowly picking up pace ahead of its expected 2014 release date, with Capcom now willing to share a brand new teaser on the game for fans to enjoy.

The last big update we had on Deep Down was when Capcom took to the 2013 Tokyo Game Show in September, to unveil the game in playable form for the first time. You can check that out again here if you missed it last time – it’s a 1080p quality video showing off the co-op multiplayer element of the game.

Now, we have noticed that Capcom has sent out a Tweet, unveiling one of the brand new dungeons in the game. This is a dungeon that we haven’t seen before and gives you a notable peek at some of the varying lighting and atmosphere effects that Capcom has at their disposal.

It’s not much we agree, but it’s nice to see Capcom post this update out of the blue. We’re guessing it’s also a reminder that the game won’t just feature the same style of dungeon over and over again.

Enjoy this new Deep Down screenshot and tell us if this game is going to be one of your must-buys of 2014.

Looks fantastic. That “must-buy” comment doesn’t really apply though seeing as the game is going to be free to play. 🙂

My second most-anticipated next-gen title next to Metal Gear Solid 5, and too think, to my knowledge, Ground Zeroes, Infamous Second Son and Deep Down are all out in March… wow… Complete over-load of awesome!
