Free Forza 5 gifts before microtransactions overhaul

The graphical advancements made in Forza Motorsport 5 are truly amazing, which we highlighted during a hands-on review with the game. However, what Turn 10 give us with one hand, they take away with the other. This is because in order to get the more desirable cars you are forced to purchase them with tokens.

You are still able to win these cars, but Turn 10 has made these better cars harder to win, which then forces you to purchase them. This has caused an outrage with fans, so much so that Turn 10 has now had to rethink things and as such we will see an overhaul with these microtransactions.

We are not sure when we will see this Forza 5 overhaul of its economy, but in the meantime Turn 10 wants to keep its customers happy by offer several bonuses.

From tomorrow, which just so happens to be Black Friday, Turn 10 has a sale on where you will be able to purchase any car for 50 percent of its normal price.

The gifts keep coming though because if you are a Forza Motorsport 5 VIP member, then you will be given the 2013 Lotus E21 F1 car for free. However, if you already have the Grand Prix car in you garage, then you will be given the 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO for free instead.
