Some people just love Plasma TVs even if they have lost the HDTV battle, so if this sounds like someone you know then the LG 60PN6500 60-inch 1080p 600Hz Plasma HDTV would be an ideal gift this shopping season.

Although the obvious minimum requirement for most consumers this year is LED quality, you should know that there are still some TV sets out there that offer amazing value, for the Plasma TV quality.

One of these is the LG 60PN6500 60-inch HDTV and based on recent reviews that we have seen, consumers are not bothered about the Plasma quality being lower than LED, but rather being concerned about the final price that they will pay before taking one home.

Specs of the LG 60PN6500 60-inch HDTV are no slouch either. It features full 1080p HD resolution, a Real Cinema picture mode, a 600 Hz max sub field driving and 2 HDMI ports. There’s also USB 2.0 access and Smart Energy Saving for those that worry about leaving the TV in standby mode.

Head to some LG 60PN6500 60-inch HDTV reviews over at Amazon and you’ll see that consumers have had very positive words to say about this particular model. There’s many 5-star reviews from consumers who think that Plasma is ‘still the way to go’ and that for the price, it really can’t be beaten.

Do you have any positive words to say about plasma quality compared to LED? If so, leave your comments below and let us know if you intend to look for a cheap plasma TV during the sales.

You obviously haven’t tested this TV much. I sell televisions for an electronics retailer and the LG Plasma televisions have intense burn in worse than any television I have ever seen. The Samsung Plasmas are probably the most resistant towards burn in but these LGs are total garbage. Have some decency and buy a good plasma.

Actually Mr. TV Expert…….this LG plasma model has NO burn in….your full of propaganda garbage and CLEARLY you get more commissions from Samsung plasma sales. How about YOU have some decency and not act like an a-hole trying to rip people off. I have YET to experience or see ANY burn-in or even image retention on my LG 60pn6500.

Yeah, don’t be an a-hole. This LG plasmas don’t suffer burn-in. It’s a long gone evil these days. What kind of “expert” are you, huh?
