Call of Duty Ghosts Wii U graphics analyzed vs rivals

By Peter Chubb - Nov 20, 2013

The Wii U has been around for just over a year now and in that time has sold a huge number of consoles, although not as much as its predecessor. The reason for this is because the second version of Nintendo Wii console did not break the mold and was not the next-gen games console that we had hoped for.

Having said that, the Nintendo Wii U is still a popular choice and so was seen as an ideal platform for Call of Duty Ghosts. If you have yet to buy this game, then we have three videos that allow you to look at how the Wii U graphics compare to rival consoles, even though some of you may think you already know the answer.

From the three videos below they will compare Call of Duty Ghosts on the PS3, Xbox 360, PS4 and the Wii U. We know that fanboys for each console will pick holes in each one, but it is clear to see that the Sony PlayStation 4 version is miles ahead of the Wii U.

However, the Wii U version does look sharper compared to the PS3 and the Xbox 360, although there is still no getting away from the fact at how lazy the developer is when it comes to the Nintendo platform.

Before we become to critical, we have to remember that the Wii U is just a year old and so will take developers a while longer to get the most from the platform, just as they are still doing with the PS3 and Xbox 360.

Which platform after the PS4 do you think COD Ghosts looks better on?

the Wii U can preforms 2 times more then the xbox360 and the ps3 what happened here is they took the graphics from the xbox360 and the ps3 and added it to the Wii without using its full potential. The xbox360 has 512 megabits of ram while the Wii u totals 2gb of ram WITH GDDR4 Gpu . And 1gb is dedicated to The Gpu.

“the Wii U is just a year old and so will take developers a while longer to get the most from the platform.” Well with that said: PS4 isn’t even 1 month old and they sure put in their time to upscale it above all others!!
