Are you trying to get your GTA Online fix at the moment, but can’t due to a pesky PSN error code 8002a548 that keeps appearing on the screen? We have heard that users keep getting signed out of the PlayStation Network because of it, and there doesn’t appear to be a quick fix on the issue either.
The good news, is that it doesn’t appear to be too widespread. Some users can sign in to the PlayStation Network just fine, while others cannot. It’s not the first time we have seen this 8002a548 error message either, but hopefully we won’t be seeing it at all when Sony switches over to the new era of PS4 gaming on November 15 with a brand new infrastructure in place.
What games have you been trying to play, but haven’t been able to enjoy this week due to the 8002a548 error code? Sony hasn’t issued a big statement on the matter, so it just seems to be a case of retrying to sign-in after a period of time and hope that it works.

With massive games such as Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag, Battlefield 4 and Call of Duty Ghosts all set to launch on PS3 over the next week, we really do not want to see this 8002a548 error popping up each time. It may be preventing some of you from playing GTA Online at the moment, but imagine if you cannot join servers for the above games because the same problem.
Hopefully this isn’t affecting you at the moment, but get in touch with us if it has. Have you encountered the 8002a548 PSN error code when playing any games this week or not?
