Nvidia GTX 790 and GeForce Titan Ultra launch soon

By Peter Chubb - Sep 2, 2013

There have been rumors of a new Titan Ultra and the NVIDIA GTX 790 and if we can believe what we have been hearing, then we should expect a release rather soon. While we do not know much about these new graphics, it does seem as though they will beat anything AMD has coming out, or so that is what is being said.

We came across this news via a video that we have embedded for you below, but they do not give much away, which then made us start digging around to see what else we can learn.

Again, details are pretty tough to find but we expect the price of these cards to be around the $1,000 mark, which isn’t considered that expensive if you are a true gamer. How do you think they will compare to the AMD Hawaii cards that are due to be released within the next couple of months?

Performance wise we expect the Nvidia GTX 790 will be far more powerful than the GeForce Titan Ultra. With Batman: Arkham Origins free on select Nvidia cards, we have to wonder if it will include these two, although that may depend how long we will have to wait for their release?

We could see the launch of the Nvidia GTX 790 and GeForce Titan Ultra very soon

What we do find strange is how the GeForce Titan Ultra had been expected to be released in July, which has been and gone, and with nothing new from the graphics card maker it is anyone’s guess as to its release date, along with the other model as well.
