LG G2 gets benchmark, unboxing and video test

By Daniel Chubb - Aug 30, 2013

We have a few videos for those of you still watching the LG G2 smartphone and not sure whether to purchase or not. The first video featured below our article delivers a LG G2 benchmark thanks to Vellamo, GFXBench, AnTuTu and Quadrant. This is great for those of you looking at the phones performance compared to other handsets you might want to choose, and after taking a quick look at the scores we’re sure you will be impressed.

If you want to see how good the LG G2 is at capturing video then you should see the second video embedded below, which showcases some sample 60FPS video outside in daylight. It is only a short video test although you should be able to see enough from the 46-second clip.

Finally, you can see the LG G2 unboxed in the last video. This really isn’t much more than a 2-minute unboxing to show what you get with the LG G2 inside the small box. You will find the LG G2 at first after opening the box followed by papers, some smart in-ear headphones, a wall charger and finally a micro-USB charger.

Have you already picked up the LG G2, and if not are you planning to at some point? You can also see some of our previous coverage of this smartphone that includes the LG G2 and iPhone 5 side-by-side, the QuickWindow cases up close and how the LG G2 specs compare to Nexus 4.

Looks like a candidate for phone of the year, unless swing have totally revamped TW and can beat it with the note 3 and the nexus 5 with klp has some serious surprises up its sleeve. First post-nexus 4 phone to impress me (apart from the lumiav1020 camera)
