Potential Ferrari F150/F70 specs reveals top speed

There’s so much we don’t know about the successor to the Enzo, such has the name, which is rumored to either be the Ferrari F150 or the F70. It’s hard to see them go for the former because we’re sure that Ford will have something to say about it. However, there are so many other questions that need to be answered and we might be a little closer to knowing some of those all-important details.

It looks as though the potential Ferrari F150/F70 specs might have been passed on and seems to reveal the top speed, although we cannot be certain how much credibility this report has. According to the report the new Ferrari supercar (or hypercar as some people are calling it) will use a V12 hybrid engine because of its KERS and will produce more than 950 horsepower, although we already know this.

We’re also hearing that the engine will rev to over 9,200 rpm and will go from 0-60 mph in less than three seconds and hit a top speed of 229 mph. While Ferrari have yet to officially confirm the specs for their F150/F70, we don’t see no reason why it cannot reach this kind of speed when you take into consideration the standard engine of 800hp and the extra 150hp boost from the KERS.

However, where the new Ferrari will come into its own is its weight, because we have already reported that the F150/F70 could weigh just 2,799 pounds, which is a little heaver than a Mazda MX-5 Miata – that’s a serious power-to-weight ratio. We’d love to know if you will favor the new Ferrari over the McLaren P1?
